Subject: PCI: Add IRQ mapping function pointers to pci_host_bridge struct
Git-commit: 3aa8a41e0bf5565946082d23ae589c1a8559494a
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
References: fate#326572
In order to defer IRQ assignment arches must be able to register functions
to map and swizzle interrupts. These registered functions are stored in
the pci_host_bridge struct.
