Subject: drm/i915/selftests: Skip all request selftests when wedged
Git-commit: a9450e15ad9e921fd2d76b038a8b252b1afc7bb6
Patch-mainline: v4.19-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166
If the GPU is irrecoverably wedge, we cannot submit any request and so
all of the request selftests will expectedly fail. Skip over them.
