Subject: mm, slub: only disable irq with spin_lock in __unfreeze_partials()
Git-commit: 7cf9f3ba2f02216b2303e648c0c5439f00191008
Patch-mainline: v5.15-rc1
References: bsc#1189998
__unfreeze_partials() no longer needs to have irqs disabled, except for making
the spin_lock operations irq-safe, so convert the spin_locks operations and
remove the separate irq handling.
