Subject: dma-buf: heaps: Use _IOCTL_ for userspace IOCTL identifier
Git-commit: b3b4346544b571c96d46be615b9db69a601ce4c8
Patch-mainline: v5.6-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-12680, jsc#SLE-12880, jsc#SLE-12882, jsc#SLE-12883, jsc#SLE-13496, jsc#SLE-15322

This is more consistent with the DMA and DRM frameworks convention. This
patch is only a name change, no logic is changed.
