Subject: video/logo: move pnmtologo tool to drivers/video/logo/ from scripts/
Git-commit: 78a20a012ecea857e438b1f9e8091acb290bd0f5
Patch-mainline: v5.5-rc1
References: bsc#1152489

This tool is only used by drivers/video/logo/Makefile. No reason to
keep it in scripts/.
