Subject: ice: Fix call trace on suspend
Patch-mainline: v5.9
Git-commit: 466e4392920083c58c7ee8905795453d62c4add7
References: jsc#SLE-12878

It appears that the ice_suspend flow is missing a call to pci_save_state
and this is triggering the message "State of device not saved by
ice_suspend" and a call trace. Fix it.
