Subject: perf/x86/intel: Add Comet Lake CPU support
Git-commit: 9066288b2aab1804dc1eebec6ff88474363b89cb
Patch-mainline: v5.4-rc3
References: jsc#SLE-10621
X-Info: adjust for context to avoid intel-aggregate naming changes (c66f78a6de4de6cb520b15cf6a1b586617b9add5 and af239c44e3f976762e9bc052f0d5796b90ea530b) as they lead to a merge commit

Comet Lake is the new 10th Gen Intel processor. From the perspective
of Intel PMU, there is nothing changed compared with Sky Lake.
Share the perf code with Sky Lake.

The patch has been tested on real hardware.
