Subject: s390/qeth: don't report hard-coded driver version
Git-commit: 54e73b9c0a88f71ce041a69471b7c4ef9a6a4407
Patch-mainline: v5.7-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-13690

Versions are meaningless for an in-kernel driver.
Instead use the UTS_RELEASE that is set by ethtool_get_drvinfo().
