Subject: selftests/bpf: Pull up printing the test name into test runner
Patch-mainline: v5.6-rc1
Git-commit: 250a91d48ae7616672a34b58388620a554a00180
References: bsc#1177028

Again, prepare for switching reuseport tests to test_progs framework.
test_progs framework will print the subtest name for us if we set it.
