Subject: cnic: Use the bitmap API to allocate bitmaps
Patch-mainline: v6.0-rc1
Git-commit: 76d3c114706f438d5d2593401574c457849bd90c
References: jsc#PED-1516
Use bitmap_zalloc()/bitmap_free() instead of hand-writing them.
It is less verbose and it improves the semantic.
