Subject: igb: Remove useless argument
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
Git-commit: 81e3f64a9b2d837717a58606d9f22420a47fdf68
References: bsc#1056651 FATE#322191 bsc#1056643 FATE#322192

Given that all callers of igb_update_stats() pass the same two arguments:
(adapter, &adapter->stats64), the second argument can be removed.
