Subject: igbvf: after mailbox write, wait for reply
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: 0d3ee0d9251ceb2c937e7c0c1adb366fdb0812c8
References: bsc#1056651 FATE#322191 bsc#1056643 FATE#322192

Two of the VF mailbox commands were not waiting for a reply from the PF,
which can result in a VF mailbox timeout in the VM for the next command.
