Subject: ACPI: property: Move acpi_fwnode_device_get_match_data() up
Patch-mainline: v5.19-rc1
Git-commit: 55dcbc05827ebcefe888a2829e0a59343ce6ae0a
References: jsc#PED-1408
Move acpi_fwnode_device_get_match_data() up below
acpi_fwnode_device_is_available() so the order matches that in struct
fwnode_operations.
