Subject: tcmu: make array tcmu_attrib_attrs static const
Git-commit: 5821783bcaa94f4a00d65effb3fb8937b08cb2ae
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
References: fate#323946
The array tcmu_attrib_attrs does not need to be in global scope, so make
it static.
Cleans up sparse warning:
"symbol 'tcmu_attrib_attrs' was not declared. Should it be static?"
