Subject: video: fbdev: make fbops member of struct fb_info a const pointer
Git-commit: bf9e25ec12877a622857460c2f542a6c31393250
Patch-mainline: v5.6-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-12680, jsc#SLE-12880, jsc#SLE-12882, jsc#SLE-12883, jsc#SLE-13496, jsc#SLE-15322
Now that we no longer modify the fbops, or hold non-const pointers to
it, we can make it const. After this, we can start making the fbops
const all over the place.
