Subject: drm/encoder: Fix possible_crtcs documentation
Git-commit: c873724d88d9357e67de0d99dd8c58b4086bc59d
Patch-mainline: v5.5-rc1
References: bsc#1152489
Similar to possible_clones, we don't actually use possible_crtcs until
the driver is registered with userspace. So, fix the documentation to
indicate this.
