Subject: [PATCH] ALSA: echoaudio: Use managed buffer allocation
Git-commit: 11f63ca3995b8099aa9d6d039d729c91a9122112
Patch-mainline: v5.6-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-16518

Clean up the drivers with the new managed buffer allocation API.
The superfluous snd_pcm_lib_malloc_pages() and
snd_pcm_lib_free_pages() calls are dropped.
