Subject: efi/libstub/x86: Permit bootparams struct to be allocated above 4 GB
Patch-mainline: v5.7-rc1
Git-commit: 6a4db9bfdd56ede30686d8e1cfadedc8b22a6bf5
References: jsc#SLE-16407

We now support bootparams structures that are located in memory that
is not 32-bit addressable, so relax the allocation limit on systems
where this feature is enabled.
