Subject: iommu/arm-smmu-v3: Remove boolean bitfield for 'ats_enabled' flag
Git-commit: f75d8e33df91ee66fc12820d0da1454b76ebcff9
Patch-mainline: v5.4-rc1
References: bsc#1175713
There's really no need for this to be a bitfield, particularly as we
don't have bitwise addressing on arm64.
