Subject: [PATCH] powerpc: Add a probe_user_read_inst() function

References: jsc#SLE-13847
Patch-mainline: v5.8-rc1
Git-commit: 7ba68b2172c19031fdc2a2caf37328edd146e299

Introduce a probe_user_read_inst() function to use in cases where
probe_user_read() is used for getting an instruction. This will be
more useful for prefixed instructions.
