Subject: RDMA/core: Make invalidate_range a device operation
Patch-mainline: v5.4-rc1
Git-commit: ce51346feede2ea41de0ad58af2b514223e11dad
References: jsc#SLE-8449

The callback function 'invalidate_range' is implemented in a driver so the
place for it is in the ib_device_ops structure and not in ib_ucontext.
