Subject: ice: Fix EMP reset handling
Patch-mainline: v5.4-rc1
Git-commit: 03af840650bb4a1cfa95ea93493d04b679ab5f5c
References: jsc#SLE-7926

ice_reset_subtask needs to handle EMP resets as well, as EMP resets
can be triggered by the firmware. This patch adds the logic to do
this.
