Subject: [PATCH] mac80211: add freq_offset to RX status
Git-commit: 3b23c184f72acddad39c40373f165e1a9e384758
Patch-mainline: v5.8-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-13430

RX status needs a KHz component, so add freq_offset. We
can reduce the bits for the frequency since 60 GHz isn't
supported.
