Subject: scsi: target: tcmu: Add attributes enforce_pr_isids and
 force_pr_aptpl
Git-commit: 4703b6252b338eb312ba61c5129d872cfe58759f
Patch-mainline: v5.8-rc1
References: bsc#1177393

tcmu has not set TRANSPORT_FLAG_PASSTHROUGH_PGR. Therefore the in-core pr
emulation is active by default, but there are some attributes for
configuration missing. Add them.
