Subject: x86/sev-es: Add CPUID handling to #VC handler
Git-commit: a7de15d489d956217b47671705ac2218ca50eaae
Patch-mainline: v5.10-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-14337

Handle #VC exceptions caused by CPUID instructions. These happen in
early boot code when the KASLR code checks for RDTSC.
