Subject: irqchip/gic-v3-its: Make LPI allocation optional on device creation
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: 93f94ea0548c2628efe7d57e0989f06a14cedb53
References: FATE#323954
The normal course of action when allocating the ITS' view of a
device is to allocate the corresponding LPIs. But we're about
to introduce devices that borrow their interrupts from
some other entities.
So let's make the allocation optional.
