Subject: RDMA/rxe: Remove unnecessary include statement
Patch-mainline: v6.0-rc1
Git-commit: 96938258b1978331448df02952c9f00d8672ec7c
References: jsc#PED-1111
rxe_verbs.h includes the file <rdma/rdma_user_rxe.h>. It should have been
<uapi/rdma/rdma_user_rxe.h>, however, it is not used and not required in
this file.
This patch removes the include statement.
