Subject: drm: udl: constify usb_device_id
Git-commit: 36436f4e933b42616c8e9ba4907dccf1329cb318
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166
usb_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with usb_device_id provided by <linux/usb.h> work with
const usb_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.
