Subject: sk_buff.h: improve description of CHECKSUM_{COMPLETE, UNNECESSARY}
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
Git-commit: b4759dcdcd8466e70f01ff07f33e17cd93131d34
References: bsc#1056787
Add FCoE to the list of protocols that can set CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY; add a
note to CHECKSUM_COMPLETE section to specify that it does not apply to SCTP
and FCoE protocols.
