Subject: drm/i915: move I915_STATE_WARN() and _ON() to intel_display.h
Git-commit: 0a2ecbe5a9a8169375fe7fb6a0453aef94ece464
Patch-mainline: v5.4-rc1
References: bsc#1152489

It's for display. Seems like a better fit. Reduce clutter in i915_drv.h.
