Subject: virtchnl: white space and reorder
Patch-mainline: v5.0-rc1
Git-commit: c9a983058ad6ffa59b950b87e4888a43c12ebb26
References: bsc#1111981 FATE#326312 FATE#326313
White space change.
Move the check on the virtchnl_vsi_queue_config_info struct
to be close to the struct like all the other similar checks.
This keeps it clearer and easier to read.
