Subject: EDAC, pnd2: Make function sbi_send() static
Git-commit: 77641dacead2cbfe22d10f4e7c07867d86900057
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
References: bsc#1056989

The function sbi_send() is local to just pnd2_edac.c and does not need
to be in global scope, so make it static.
