Subject: drm/vc4: Mark the device as active when enabling runtime PM.
Git-commit: 7f696942a7e52df2a99410bf23da513f9aad04fb
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166

Failing to do so meant that we got a resume() callback on first use of
the device, so we would leak the bin BO that we allocated during
probe.
