Subject: omapdrm: hdmi4_cec: add OMAP4 HDMI CEC support
Git-commit: 8d7f934df8d87237abd5c5caa318dfbf581854aa
Patch-mainline: v4.15-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166

Add the source and header for the OMAP4 HDMI CEC support.

This code is not yet hooked up, that will happen in the next patch.
