Subject: drm/i915/execlists: HWACK checking superseded checking port[0].count
Git-commit: 57877b70739a5d49d95bedf94218ba125e8afef3
Patch-mainline: v4.19-rc1
References: FATE#326289 FATE#326079 FATE#326049 FATE#322398 FATE#326166

The HWACK bit more generically solves the problem of resubmitting ESLP
while the hardware is still processing the current ELSP write. We no
longer need to check port[0].count itself.
