Subject: i40e: use pf data structure directly in i40e_ptp_rx_hang
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
Git-commit: 61189556692e8e58c97e764d6b3f24db5cd243de
References: bsc#1056658 FATE#322188 bsc#1056662 FATE#322186

There's no reason to pass a *vsi pointer if we already have the *pf
pointer in the only location where we call this function. Lets update
the signature and directly pass the *pf data structure pointer.
