Subject: igc: fix error return handling from call to
 netif_set_real_num_tx_queues
Patch-mainline: v5.0-rc1
Git-commit: 14b21cec85858001b2134c0ac251fb8673d7ad67
References: bsc#1118657 FATE#325278

The call to netif_set_real_num_tx_queues is not assigning the error
return to variable err even though the next line checks err for an
error. Fix this by adding the missing err assignment.
