Subject: net: hns3: Record VF vlan tables
Patch-mainline: v5.1-rc1
Git-commit: c6075b193462d9a3930fb41f587f94720658752a
References: bsc#1126390

Record the vlan tables that the VF sends to the chip.
After the VF exception, the PF actively clears the VF to chip config.
