Subject: net/mlx4_core: Report PCIe link properties with
 pcie_print_link_status()
Patch-mainline: v4.17-rc1
Git-commit: 190b509c8de2af7c35b8fdcef4e54163a865d680
References: bsc#1103989 FATE#326004

Use pcie_print_link_status() to report PCIe link speed and possible
limitations instead of implementing this in the driver itself.
