Subject: net: smc_close: mark expected switch fall-through
Git-commit: 7f6b437e9b82a6d702a7f8f75c83ffdec6e03c54
Patch-mainline: v4.15-rc1
References: bsc#1096003, FATE#325023, LTC#164003

In preparation to enabling -Wimplicit-fallthrough, mark switch cases
where we are expecting to fall through.

Notice that in this particular case I placed the "fall through" comment
on its own line, which is what GCC is expecting to find.
