Subject: nvme-fc: remove unused "queue_size" field
Patch-mainline: v4.15-rc1
Git-commit: 08e1507544839b98fc3732aea935e70ed9c209ec
References: FATE#323952, FATE#322506

This was being saved in a structure, but never used anywhere. The queue
size is obtained through other means, so there's no reason to duplicate
this without a user for it.
