Subject: PCI: intel-mid: Convert to new X86 CPU match macros
Git-commit: 91e503e6f8af97c7da71b3f1e7b2f8a07a36f2f1
Patch-mainline: v5.7-rc1
References: bsc#1154824 CVE-2020-0543

The new macro set has a consistent namespace and uses C99 initializers
instead of the grufty C89 ones.

Get rid the of the local macro wrappers for consistency.
