Subject: [PATCH] staging: rtl8188eu: constify usb_device_id
Git-commit: 8654eb1fcaa3c854a695ee7aceac158f08c20391
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
References: FATE#326906

usb_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with usb_device_id provided by <linux/usb.h> work with
const usb_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.
