Subject: [PATCH] blk-mq: use list_splice_tail_init() to insert requests
Git-commit: 3f0cedc7e9a0b32e79c79d2aac0c96d2b870ae55
Patch-mainline: v4.19-rc1
References: bsc#1104967,FATE#325924
list_splice_tail_init() is much more faster than inserting each
request one by one, given all requets in 'list' belong to
same sw queue and ctx->lock is required to insert requests.
