Subject: ice: Do not unnecessarily initialize local variable
Patch-mainline: v5.2-rc1
Git-commit: 207e3721acb4982f73453762ed8d6f3c7dc3de35
References: jsc#SLE-4803
The local variable speed does not need to be initialized and can cause some
static analysis tools to complain the initial assigned value is never used.
