Patch-mainline: v4.18-rc1
Subject: PCI: hv: Convert remove_lock to refcount
Git-commit: 6708be936715fd673273dede40367b2ea0cba768
References: bsc#1107207
Use refcount instead of atomic for the reference counting
on bus. Refcount is safer because it handles overflow correctly.
