Subject: block: support pi with extended metadata
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc1
Git-commit: c340b990d58c856c1636e0c10abb9e4351ad852a
References: jsc#PED-1183
The nvme spec allows protection information formats with metadata
extending beyond the pi field. Use the actual size of the metadata field
for incrementing the buffer.
