Subject: libbpf: Add "tc" SEC_DEF which is a better name for "classifier"
Patch-mainline: v5.16-rc1
Git-commit: 9673268f03ba72efcc00fa95f3fe3744fcae0dd0
References: jsc#PED-1377
As argued in [0], add "tc" ELF section definition for SCHED_CLS BPF
program type. "classifier" is a misleading terminology and should be
migrated away from.
