Subject: virtchnl: Remove unused VIRTCHNL_VF_OFFLOAD_RSVD define
Patch-mainline: v5.16-rc1
Git-commit: 5bf84b29938579a9350a4a9c2c4f8b5da2aa6992
References: jsc#PED-835
Remove unused define that is currently marked as reserved. This will
open up space for a new feature if/when it's introduced. Also, there is
no reason to keep unused defines around.
