Subject: [PATCH] iavf: make functions static where possible
References: bsc#1012628
Patch-mainline: 6.4.7
Git-commit: a4aadf0f5905661cd25c366b96cc1c840f05b756

[ Upstream commit a4aadf0f5905661cd25c366b96cc1c840f05b756 ]

Make all possible functions static.

Move iavf_force_wb() up to avoid forward declaration.
